It brought back so many memories for me, and yes, I remember the boi thing, but I'd never heard of the adhesive tape, (thank goodness)! Thought I was the only one old enough to remember the baby oil/iodine thing. I can go you one better - it was the rage one year to spell out our boyfriend's name (first name on one leg, last on the other) in adhesive tape, then slather ourselves with boi and sunbathe.
